A STORY WORTH TELLING

I am often asked how to take care of these hats.  Where to store them.  How to preserve them.   My answer is.  Don’t.  These hats were made to be lived in.  They are meant for life, for work, for play, for purpose.  They belong as we do, out of the box, experiencing life, looking for adventure, and accumulating memories.  Let them get dirty, sweaty, sun-baked, and rain dropped.  If you do, then you are doing something, and doing something is good.  Give them a story worth telling. Live.

However.  Should you live so thoroughly that you wish to clean your hat up a bit.  A stiff hat brush or a fine grit sand paper brushed over the area should give you good results.  And of course, if your hat needs a bit of a tune up in terms of shape after time, I am of course, in exchange for a good story, happy to help.
