To begin the process, please fill out the order form on our website. If you have questions about any of the elements of design, please include those questions in the sections indicated. Upon review of your design details, I will contact you to confirm your order. A 50% deposit will be required prior to beginning your custom hat. All custom hat sales are final. All deposits and payments for custom orders are non-refundable once I have started making your hat.

To determine your head measurement, you will take a soft measuring tape around the point at which you would like your hat to comfortably sit. This is generally a half inch to an inch above your ears and eyebrows. Measure twice just to be sure. If you do not have a soft measuring tape, you can use a string in the same manner and measure the flat length of the string.
