Named for the iconic mountain range that spans the view from the Montana Territory studio. This was the first flat brim hat that I made. A piece of a place. Each peak from Sacajawea to the M is represented on this ridgeline. I watch the sunrise over these peaks in the morning and the alpenglow cover them at night. I find myself looking out the window at this ridgeline when I need inspiration, climbing to stand on top of its peaks when I need perspective, and riding horses under its shadow when I want to feel at home. These mountains will always hold my heart. The range is named after Jim Bridger, a mountain man of the 19th century who pioneered the Bridger Trail through mountains in southern Wyoming into the Bighorn Basin in 1864.
